ORDERING: All orders must include the following: ship to and bill to address, postal code, telephone number, catalogue number, description, price and quantity required. Please indicate on your order cancellation dates, summer holidays, tax exemption numbers (a copy of your certificate must accompany your order). All orders (within Canada) are subject to GST or HST on goods, shipping and handling.
PRICES CATALOGUE: Prices DO NOT include taxes. Exclusive will do its utmost to hold catalogue prices; however, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute equal or higher quality items. Call 1-800-563-1166 for current pricing.
MINIMUM ORDER: $35.00. Due to the increasing costs of administration, orders under $35.00 will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept Visa or MasterCard. Please be advised, you will be charged shipping, handling and applicable taxes.
SHIPPING: Exclusive Educational Products will choose the least expensive carrier unless otherwise specified. No COD’s. All shipments are sent FOB Barrie and will be billed to consignee on a pre-paid basis.
SHORTAGES OR DISCREPENCIES: Please check goods received against packing slip immediately. Shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please quote “our order number” indicated on your packing slip when referring to your order.
DAMAGES: Do not sign for shipment of damaged goods; this will have it returned to Exclusive by the carrier.
RETURNS: If you wish to return an item you must receive prior authorization from Exclusive. No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must accompany the returned goods. Please indicate your authorization number, reason for return, and if you want a replacement or credit to your account. Correctly filled orders will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
BACK ORDERS: Products not available when processing your order will be shipped and billed separately. A shipping charge will apply to all backorders. Exclusive may cancel backorders under $20.00. If your backorder has been cancelled, we ask that you reorder at a later date.
GUARANTEE: We feel our products are of the highest quality, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, full credit or replacement must be requested within 30 days of purchase. When calling our Customer Service Department (toll free 1-800-563-1166), please have a copy of your packing slip in front of you to assist us in processing your call.
WARRANTY: All items are guaranteed under normal classroom use for a period of one year. Warranty will be void if breakage or damage occurred due to abuse or misuse.
